MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRICAL AND AUTOMATION PANELS

We manufacture electrical panels and automation panels in our own workshop in Bucharest, tailored to each industrial project and ready for installation and integration

How we manufacture electrical panels

Production starts with the design, not with assembly

We analyze the technical documentation and determine the correct configuration for each electrical panel or automation panel, based on the application and requirements. The panels are manufactured in our own workshop using equipment from established manufacturers such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Eaton, Wago, Turck, Delta, and Schrack.

We integrate PLCs, HMIs, protective devices, electrical equipment, and communication modules into a coherent system ready for actual operation. Each panel is wired, labeled, and inspected, and testing is performed on our own test benches to ensure proper operation prior to delivery.

The result is an electrical panel ready for installation, commissioning, and integration with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.

  • Motor Control Centers (MCC)

  • PLC Automation Panels

  • HMI and SCADA Panels

  • Control panels for industrial processes

Production that works in the field, not just in the workshop

The manufacture of electrical panels involves more than just assembling components. The difference lies in how design, wiring, testing, and integration are coordinated.

Since we are also involved in electrical design, PLC/HMI/SCADA software, and installation, our control panels are designed for real-world operation in the field, not just for delivery. As a result, installation and commissioning teams receive a system that is clear, tested, and ready for integration.

  • Electrical panels built according to clear technical specifications

  • Complete wiring and labeling in our own workshop

  • Proper integration between equipment, PLC, HMI, and SCADA

  • Electrical and functional testing prior to delivery

  • Reduced installation and commissioning times
